Governance and Management Structure of RAFIIQ

The key management of RAFIIQ comprises the Board of Directors, which is the highest organ in the organization, Executive Director, who is the highest person in execution, Program Manager, Project Officers, Finance and Administration Manager and Field Assistants. A consulting Engineer occasionally comes on board whenever need arises for consultation on engineering and construction related projects. The board is comprised of seven members including the Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and members. RAFIIQ management structure is designed to encourage flexibility and autonomy on the part of its core management and support staff. The structure creates space for
intellectual creativity and innovation and provides encouragement to staff members and other partners to adopt desirable working conditions.
It is HLD policy to engage qualified and competent staff with the capacity to apply their skills, knowledge and experience in addressing pertinent challenges that relate to program activities. The organizational structure is designed to uphold efficiency, integrity and accountability.
